  Dr. Samuel Erwin is a native of Star City Arkansas. A graduate of Arkansas State University
  and Southern College of Optometry, He and his wife, Susan, reside in Coming where Dr. Erwin started Erwin
  Eye Clinic in 1981. Dr. Erwin is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association.
