At 4.27pm on Monday afternoon officers responded to a report of a brawl involving weapons in Pecan Grove, Paragould. Officers found three reports related to the Arkansas State Police headquarters in Paraguay, all involving an active shooter in the parking lot of the store on the corner of North Main Street and South Main Avenue. The Economic Police Department has opened an investigation into a possible armed robbery at a store at 100 South First Street.
